We have worked with Dee on the purchase of our precious home, and both went very smooth and hassle free. But this time we were selling and buying at the same time, and she was the first step in this potentially hairy situation. Dee was knowledgeable and reassuring that the process not only could go smoothly, but that there's multiple ways of doing things, especially with financing and making it all happen! Throughout the process she was communicating and open with us about everything, double checking with us before finalizing our rate, and shared in the excitement with us as we got our dream house!
