Sure, I'm a Michiana native. Grew up here, went to school here and I live here now. I am active in BNI, (Business Networking International), I have taught knitting classes at a local yarn shop and my hobby is making jewelry. Dee went above and beyond anything I could ask for. I was having problems with the other mortgage company I was with. I was referred to Dee to see if she could help. She not only helped get the loan taken care of but she took the extra time to answer ALL my questions, there were a lot. After the closing she also took the time to show me a way to pay off my mortgage in half the time it is financed for, saving me thousands. I will be recommending Dee to everyone I know and meet. The marketplace for home buying is so very competitive right now, it is imperative to act fast!! I had contacted two lenders with the idea of finding the most competitive interest rate. On a Sunday afternoon while I was driving home from Indiana to Illinois Dee Wagoner was patient enough to take my mortgage application over my cell phone. (hands-free of course!). She had me tentatively approved so the offer could be presented without contingencies that day. I got a return call from the other lender on Tuesday....after my offer had already been accepted by the seller! the rest of the experience was just as stellar. I've bought and sold a number of houses in my 70 years, and Dee provided the best mortgage experience I've had.
