During our initial steps to secure our loan, I was considering a different institution; a credit union based on the assumption of lower rates. Lower rates or not, I could never get in touch when I needed. Ultimately, Jack Hammons from Ruoff Mortgage was referred to us. There wasn't a moment throughout the process where if we needed clarity it was not immediate. Jack and Debbie were available to us at all hours of the day. Even with unanticipated hiccups along the way from the counter-party in our deal, Jack was totally transparent and confident that things were going to workout and close on schedule. In reference to a friendly experience - as close as family - my wife and I had a baby the day prior to closing and Jack and Debbie where right there with us asking for updates and giving salutations. I cannot say enough about the entire Ruoff team; extremely friendly, efficient, transparent, and honest. I fully recommend them and will use them always in the future. Thanks.
