I highly recommend Jodi and her team when financing your home! We were first-time home buyers and from start to finish, Jodi made sure we understood the process and her team was very communicative about next steps and deadlines. During our home-buying process, everyone was telling us "Buying a home is so stressful!" but not with Jodi's team. It felt like a breeze and before we knew it, we were closing on our first home! The process was so smooth. I like how we were kept up to date on everything. The use of LoanButler was fantastic!! It made it very easy to sign every document that needed our attention. I also liked how we were notified immediately of any changes during the closing process - as far as any change in costs and timing. The application process could not have been any easier. Everything was very detailed, and it was so easy to get our questions answered.

Very thorough and consistently in contact. The process was very simple and organized. Both Jodi & Kirsten were available and answered my calls/emails/texts within reason. I had a delayed closing due to a seller title issue and let my rate float which was a good thing in the end. I would say the only thing that might have been better in direction is in reality I needed 35 days to get the lower rate I wanted rather than use a 30 day guideline. The difference in rate was a fair amount but also the point buy down and monthly payment. I missed the better rate by 3-5 days and had I known that I would have negotiated a little stronger on my end with the seller. All was great overall.
