As a lending professional with nearly 20 years of mortgage experience, I can meet a wide range of real estate lending needs, whether it is your first time purchase or the refinance of your current home loan.
The very first rule, in my opinion, is to always be mindful that I too am a consumer. My goal is to provide you with the best home loan options, as well as, doing my very best to ensure your loan is closed smoothly and on time. I first started with Ruoff Mortgage in August of 2001 as a mortgage loan originator. In September 2009, I was appointed the Branch Manager position when Ruoff established our southwest Fort Wayne location. Ruoff Mortgage has been providing home loans to the good people of Indiana since 1984. The Ruoff Mortgage team has much to offer clients who are looking for low costs, competitive rates, a wide variety of loan programs, sound advice, and that hometown bank feeling!
I enjoy spending quality time and vacationing with my beautiful wife of over 20 years and my two awesome adult children. Traveling to a variety of different locations on spring break and the long weekends spent annually in the Big Apple are the family favorites. I also enjoy hanging out at the pool house in the summer, playing golf, and watching Colts games on Sunday's (and yes, my pool has a 10 ft. x 10 ft. Colts horseshoe on the bottom). Joel is very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! He goes way above and beyond the whole experience. Always available 24/7 for my every question. There were absolutely no surprises. He explained every detail in great depth in all aspects. You do not find his level of customer service just anywhere anymore. I felt secure in every decision and detail of this transaction because of him. There were a lot pieces to this mortgage and he crossed every t and dotted every I and explained everything as it was happening and what was forth-coming. A excellent experience all around!
