I'm Josh Pick, and I cherish my roles as a loving husband to my wife, Erin, and a devoted father to my 3 wonderful children. Family is at the core of everything I do, and it's what motivates me to excel in my career. When I'm not working tirelessly to assist homebuyers, you'll find me cheering on THE Ohio State Buckeyes and, of course, enthusiastically supporting my kids from the sidelines at various sports activities.

We started this journey almost a year ago, it began as the most stressful experience of our lives. We journeyed through 52 houses, submitted 11 offers, struggled through 4 prior loan officers and landed in the very capable hands of Josh Pick. Fantastic team over here at Ruoff Mortgage. Mr. Pick was very knowledgeable and any questions were taken and responded in a timely manner. I really like that he was able to get a decent interest rate with just 3% down. Bi-weekly payments of half your months mortgage is applied here on your loan to take a few years off your mortgage. Explained everything I was curious about or anything about the process. 10/10 Give him a ring and see how you can save money when buying yourself a home.
