They were the only people that would give me a loan for a house under 70k. They were quick and the closing went smoothly. I’ve dealt with other loan companies that are always asking for additional documents and are in a rush to get them. These guys were clear from the start what they needed and I wasn’t constantly gathering information. I’ll use them again.

I reached out to Ruoff a year ago and it really didn’t pop off for me until my coworkers daughter got assistant with her down payment thru underwriting and I was able to do the same. This allowed me to be more proactive and less stressed with finances to find a home and finding one that’s fha approved is difficult but my Realtor Kari w/ Caldwell helped me the whole way. Both Kayla my mortgage officer and Kari definitely knew what they were doing because they helped me from being pushed to high priced rent or being homeless to now being a homeowner!
