This question reads (what did you notice that we did really well) that is a spit in the eye you guys are remarkably outstanding just completely spectacular from keeping my wife and I informed to answering every question. your professionalism mixed with down to earth personality makes it completely stress-free and seamless you guys go above and beyond and our realtor Mr Shane was fantastic and absolute joy to work with if he didn't know the answer he got the answer and he really understood what my wife and I were looking for in a home we loved that we could ask for his opinion and we knew we were getting an honest one. he's very professional and down to earth as well. my wife and I want to say thank you again for all that you guys have done for our family and I we appreciate you guys more than you will ever know.

Communication is, and was, a key to this process. Kim did an OUTSTANDING JOB! She took time to explain the overall process, and walked us through all of the figures. And she had a great sense of humor along with being very personable - she never rushed and made us feel like we were her only customer.
