let me start of by saying Kim and her team went above and Beyond for us. She truly made us feel like she really cared about us buying a hom. It didn't seem like we were just a pay check. She answered any and all questions even when he didn't have to answer a question if it was after hours, she made sure to answer it as soon as she could, she helped me even when I was ready to talk in the house she gave us the confidence to keep going and insured that it would all work out. Kim was knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. She communicated everything with us! Buying this home was so much more tonus than just buying it. It gave us a sense of security and my daughter truly will know what its like to be at home!

Kim took her time explaining each step of the process to me and made sure that I understood what each part meant. She also found me the best loan. I went in asking for a FHA and with my info she found a conventional loan was the best option over time for me.
