The first day we spoke we decided to make an offer, so things went quickly. Nathanael helped us on a moment's notice and quickly hopped on a call with me for about an hour to explain how things are going to work (first time buyers). This was very comforting after receiving spotty communication from the lender we previously were in contact with. From then on, it was a pleasure to work with Nathanael. He communicated extremely well and made sure we knew what was going on at all times. If we had questions, he was quick to hop on calls to get things figured out. I would recommend working with Nathanael to anyone, as you will receive wonderful care and truly feel confident through the process. We are grateful to have worked with Nathanael as we closed on our first home.

Nathanael was excellent to work with! This was our second time working with Nathanael and we knew that we wanted to work with him again. This was both the second home and second state we were buying in. Nathanael went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly and always answered questions quickly! He was proactive in addressing an uncertainty we thought might pop up and because of his efforts, we had no issues throughout or during closing! Great communication and very knowledgeable. Our realtor also mentioned at closing how impressed he was by working with Nathanael and how he went above and beyond with communication and regular updates.
