Nathanael spent literally hours on the phone with us reviewing interest rates, fees/costs, anticipated monthly payments, etc. before we actually began the loan application. This was amazing! Once we felt very comfortable with Nathanael, we filled out the paperwork - the Loan Butler is an incredible tool, and Nathanael then went to work. Constantly keeping us updated on our options. And once we found the house that we fell in love with, our Realtor partnered with Nathanael and his team to ensure an unheard of two-week turnaround that we could utilize in our offer - and now we're moving in to the house we love! It's really hard to find a team of individuals who are willing to work so hard for their customers anymore. I have already spread the word to as many folks as I can about Ruoff and especially Nathanel and his Team. Thank you all!

Nathanael always went above and beyond for us. He always took the time to communicate with us when it was convenient with our schedules. Nathanael always made sure to explain what was happening with each step of the loan process and was very thorough.

Nathanel always made himself, and his team as well, available at all times. If we had questions, or needed anything at all from him, he was instantly available, even if he was out of the country. He answered every question we had for him and worked with our agent and title company to make closing smooth. He even showed up unexpectedly for our closing, giving it a more personal feeling experience.
