Nathanael is truly such a pleasure to work with! I'm honored to have him in my friend circle and get to trust him with my home buying experience. He is knowledgeable, communicative, and so caring. Nathanael makes home buying feel like a team activity. I never had to worry that my realtor, the title company or even my insurance agent was out of the loop. We were all in this together, for real. Nathanael was so, so easy to work with. He was so prompt in answering all of our questions. We had a difficult schedule to work with and he was there every step of the way. At our closing, the selling agent said that Nathanael played a huge roll in us getting the house. We were in a bidding war and the agent said that Nathanael called her when we put the offer in and vouched for us ! She said that made a huge difference for her clients. We are hoping to be in pur our new home for many years, but if we buy again, we will use Nathanael again and again and again!
