Ryan and Justina were very helpful throughout the entire process and were quick to communicate what they needed from me and offer help working with the other agencies, lenders and banks in getting the necessary documentation. Ryan is awesome! Nothing but great things to say about him and the Ruoff team (all parties involved in our transaction would also agree). Ryan was always available for questions, no matter the time of day. We looked at several houses and he was willing to crunch the numbers every single time so we knew roughly what we were going to be paying. If it wasn’t for inspection negotiations on our end, we could have closed within 2 weeks. Ruoff was on it! Lastly, I truly felt like Ryan cared about us and our journey. He checked in periodically and never made me feel like I was just an account number. Thanks so much Ryan. We will definitely use Ruoff again in the future.
