Constant communication. If we had a question and called Sean answered the phone even on weekends. If he was not available he would send a text and follow up with a call in less than 24 hrs. Sarah is organized and kept the flow of requests for information moving. Very please with the Loan Butler application. It was easy to see where we were in the process and it was easy to upload requested information and sign documents.

Sean was amazing to work with and made the whole process quick and efficient. I was especially impressed with his immediate response to my initial inquiry and he was very quick to respond to all subsequent questions I had. I was out of state for the final closing and he made things simple by finding a local notary to assist. This was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Sean to family and friends.
