We went through 2 loan officers through Ruoff and they ran us around in circles. We were about to give up on the company all together and go through another loan company until we got paired up with Tyler. After 3 years of getting the run around with other lenders from here, Tyler got ahold of us and immediately gave us a clear game plan on what we needed to do and what we needed to know. 3 months later, we go the ball rolling and now own a home! I don't know what Tyler makes but he needs a big whopping raise after the work he did for us. He has my respect and will be recommended to every person I meet who is wanting to buy a house.
