Vince was excellent to work with! He was very communicative and kept us informed at all times. He was very efficient and organized. He always quickly answered my calls and txt. The paperwork was easy to do on the portal! We was very happy we had Vince and ruoff to complete our loan for us.

Everything went better than planned and I would never give anyone a bad survey. However, it would have been nice if my loan officer was willing to communicate with me instead of just my husband--especially since my husband wasn't even on the loan, as I was refinancing a house that I purchased 5 years before we met and 7 years before we married. My husband did reach out and get the process started, but I was never even copied on emails requesting documentation, which I found especially condescending considering i I was a finance manager at a car dealership for six years and have a comprehensive understanding of loan stipulations. Again, everything went well and Vince is one of the greatest to ever do his job--I just wish that as the buyer and only signer, I had been included at any point in the process besides signing my name.
