Hello, I’m Sally Burks Elmore, your dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer, with Ruoff Mortgage.  I’m not just here to assist you with your mortgage needs, I’m here to understand your dreams and help you achieve them!  But my dedication doesn’t stop at the world of mortgages; it extends to my community and the people I am privileged to know.
 

With 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the privilege of guiding numerous clients and their families on their path of homeownership. I believe that a home is more than just a house; it’s a place where your faith, family, and love for animals come together.  It’s where you create beautiful music, not just with instruments but with your everyday life.

My approach to mortgages is simple:  It’s about you, your dreams, and the life you want to create.  I’m not just your Mortgage Loan Officer:  I’m your partner in this journey.  I offer personalized guidance and financing solutions to ensure your unique needs are met, whether you are a first-time homebuyer, a family looking to grow, someone who needs to refinance to consolidate debt or someone who wants to explore investment opportunities. 

But my commitment doesn’t stop there!  I’m passionate about community involvement and believe in giving back. I’m a member of Spencer Main Street Board and the Secretary, the SCIREMC Roundup Board, The Bloomington Board of Realtors and a member of their Food Drive Committee and am currently serving as one of the Directors for the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association.  In 2024, I will serve a third time as the Chair of the South Central Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association. Additionally, I’m proud to be part of the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce Bloomington Women in Leadership Steering Committee, supporting and empowering women in our community.

These connections extend beyond my professional life.  I have very close personal friendships that have lasted many years.  One of those relationships is with my Best Friend of 43 years!  It’s these relationships that fuel my commitment to creating a thriving community. 

I have achieved professional milestones that reflect my dedication. In 2022, I was honored as a President’s Club Member with Ruoff and I maintain a 5.0 survey rating, a testament to my commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.  Most recently, I was the Branch winner for the most closed loans in September, showcasing my dedication to helping clients reach their homeownership goals.

In my personal life, we recently celebrated the joyous moments of our son and daughter-in-law’s one year anniversary, witnessing their love and growth is a source of happiness for us.  I also had the privilege of marrying the love of my life in January of 2023. These milestones remind me of the importance of family and meaningful moments in life.

In addition to these personal milestones, I grew up in the community I lend in.  This is not just a job for me; it’s a lifelong connection. I’m not just your Mortgage Loan Officer: I’m your neighbor, your friend, and a part of this community.

Outside of my mortgage world, my passions drive me.  My faith is the foundation of my values and commitment to honesty and integrity in every transaction.  My husband and family provide me with the love and support that fuels my dedication to helping you.  Animals are a source of joy in my life, reminding me of the importance of care and connection.
