The whole process was super easy to follow- you could see the milestones laid out and as a first-time homebuyer, it made it simple to understand the flow of events. Firstly, Brian got all our paperwork together at the getgo before we gave pre-approvals in the home search process- this made it easy when the vast majority of the paperwork we needed to provide was already given once we got into contract. Brian was also available within minutes every time we had a question which was really nice as the process became closer to the finishline. He was very communicative on deadlines and helped us explore different options loans when we had a couple of paths to take. Also, he came to our closing which was nice to have representation! I wouldn't have changed anything about the process we followed and would happily do it again.
