Hi, I’m Lori, Branch Manager at Ruoff Mortgage, proudly serving Northeast Ohio. I’ve been in the real estate, title, and mortgage industry for 25 years, and while I never set out to work in this field, I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. What we do isn’t just a job—it’s a lifestyle, and one I absolutely love.
Since opening Ruoff’s first Northeast Ohio branches in 2017, I’ve helped grow our footprint to six offices and built a team I’m incredibly proud of. I wear a lot of hats—Branch Advisor, Cheerleading Captain, and active Loan Officer—and I thrive on helping others grow. Whether it’s coaching my team, connecting with industry professionals, or helping first-time homebuyers, I’m all in.
I’m especially passionate about supporting first-time buyers and love using programs like OHFA when they’re the right fit. My advice? Don’t just shop rates—find someone honest, respectful, and committed to your success.
Outside of work, I have a loud, fun, blended family with six adult kids, seven grandkids, and two very spoiled Bernedoodles. We built our dream home in 2022 to bring everyone together under one roof—and we do, often! I’m a big fan of Guardians games, Broadway shows, and giving back through Feeding Medina.
Ruoff Mortgage has been the best professional decision of my life, and I’m grateful every day to work alongside people I trust, doing what I love.

Lori was absolutely AMAZING! We ended up switching to Lori and Ruoff Mortgage after a bad experience with another lender. I only wish we would have found Lori sooner in our process! Even though these large transactions are normal business for a lender, as a first time homebuyer, it seems overwhelming. Lori made the experience more personal (handwritten notes, quick responses, ensuring we understood everything from start to finish, etc) and we are sincerely thankful for the best homebuying experience we could have asked for with Lori and Ruoff!

This was the smoothest home-buying experience I've ever had, and that was largely due to Lori's help! She was always quick to respond, answered all my questions, and got us through the process effortlessly. I also loved the Loan Butler portal.
