I cannot believe that I have been enjoying working in this Real Estate/Mortgage Industry now for 23 years! I truly see the strength my knowledge of Real Estate, Title and Mortgage bring to each one of my transactions. Being able to navigate through the process and also anticipate and solve issues that may impede the lending process is an attribute that I know will make your mortgage process smooth and seamless!
My Grandpa Shipman and my Mother, Donna Bauer were people who never knew a stranger and treated every person they met as if they were family. I am so happy that they instilled this trait and value within me as well. Ruoff Mortgage is a company that truly operates as if we are all family, so it is a perfect fit for me!
My desire to learn and grow on a daily basis certainly comes from my life coach and mentor, my Father, Ned Bauer. The BEST part of the mortgage and real estate industry is that we are ALWAYS learning in this ever changing industry of regulations and guidelines.

Lori was absolutely AMAZING! We ended up switching to Lori and Ruoff Mortgage after a bad experience with another lender. I only wish we would have found Lori sooner in our process! Even though these large transactions are normal business for a lender, as a first time homebuyer, it seems overwhelming. Lori made the experience more personal (handwritten notes, quick responses, ensuring we understood everything from start to finish, etc) and we are sincerely thankful for the best homebuying experience we could have asked for with Lori and Ruoff!

Lori was prompt in her replies and used proper venues of communication- when something was easy and short, we would text and if it needed a longer conversation, she would pick up the phone and explain things to me! Lori is an excellent communicator. She is so knowledgeable that it felt like she was reading my mind at times. She knew where the questions would come up and had already given me answers before I even knew to ask. She was available on weekends, at night, She even took a few to talk me down when I was at my most stressed when closing (the house I sold not the one I bought.)
