My personal mortgage journey started in 2002 when I bought my first home using an assumable mortgage. I've thrived through fluctuating rates from 2.25% lows to 9.625% highs, succeeding in both seller's and buyer's markets. I believe that Thea did an excellent job and helping me through the loan process as a first time home buyer. She kept me up to date with everything happening throughout the entire process, offered helpful insight from her past experience, and was available anytime I had a question to ask.
