Email, Facebook, and eventually txt we’re all utilized to make sure that we stayed informed through the experience! We never felt pressured, un-aided, or rushed. The process of applying for the mortgage, through the appraisal, the unforeseen title issue, it was a lot easier and quicker than any previous company I tried to go with. I was pushed to keep making progress, which helped having that assistance and that guidance in this process. There was positivity throughout the whole process, and I felt like I had some level of priority and importance, which is a huge positive to me.
