We are repeat customers (mortgage and now refinance). Dirk Webster took care of us both times and boy, is he phenomenal. He quickly got us a refinance quote that beat a competitor quote from our credit union, by a lot!! Look - we have six kids, including twin babies and a toddler, and our life is a nonstop merry-go-round of appointments, errands, meal prep, homework help, and diaper changes...not to mention our paid jobs! Dirk didn't just make the refinance process manageable, he managed it for us, answered all of our questions like the boss he is, asked as little of us as possible, but manged to still make us feel totally at ease and in control of everything that was happening. Dirk even found ways to save us money or out-of-pocket costs along the way - he always does! So very grateful for his help and expertise. He truly feels like a friend now. And now, we've shaved off a decent amount of each monthly payment and can have a little more breathing room in our budget. Thank you so much to Dirk and Ruoff!

I'm not a fan of working with big corporations, but Dirk Webster made me feel like I was dealing with one knowledgeable and committed individual. He did an outstanding job and I will recommend him to everyone who asks. Dirk helped out with anything I needed and would go above and beyond when he could! It's hard to find people who care about people more than their paycheck, Dirk was a outstanding loan officer and I plan on working with him more in the future.
