One of the things that stood out most was how thorough she is in her responses. One example that really stood out was when she helped us lock in our price before it was expected to triple. While it slightly increased our payments, it ultimately saved us significantly in the long run and put us in a much better position. Beyond her expertise, Shannon is very friendly, professional, and simply great to talk to. The overall experience for me initially felt like a lot to manage and keep track of. Ruoff saved me loads of stress by handling everything, answering all my silly questions, and helping me stay on track with all the fun paperwork that comes with buying a house and handling the mortgage. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and wasted no time getting everything accomplished.
