I felt appreciated. I feel comfortable in the decisions that my agent made ,my wife was real comfortable talking with him and working with him .a great experience I would tell anyone that needed a loan officer to contact him immediately. He had a very direct approach in dealing with our situation and I was really happy with the information about my VA that was given to me .again an awesome experience and I wouldn’t change anything. I am very blessed with the crew that I have working for me or should I say for my wife’s new home? 🏠 lol thank you again

Azell made himself very accessible throughout the entire process, and was willing to answer any and all questions that we had throughout the entire process. He help to explain clearly anything that we did not understand, and made sure that we were clear on the language used in our documents. The entire experience was handled at a very high professional level and I couldn't more pleased to have had Azell as our loan officer.

As a first time home buyer, Azell Jackson made my experience go very smoothly. If I had any questions or concerns he was always ready to answer. And even when I was very frustrated looking for a house, ready to throw in the towel, and had even started looking for apartments instead, he was very encouraging and and allowed me to vent my frustrations. I feel incredibly thankful I listened to a recommendation to use his services else I would never have found my realtor, Tiffany Williams, either. 10/10 would and will be recommending to anyone and everyone that asks!
