Brian was very involved and quick to respond to my questions on email and text. During time sensitive situations, Brian was quick to jump on a call to discuss my questions and I was able to be nimble during the offer and negotiation processes. It was also my first home-buying process so Brian was very patient and thorough in explaining the entire process to me to put my mind at ease. There were no surprises during the process, and even when my situation changed, Brian was always there to give good advice and help me through the process.
