Brittany was so incredible. She had an answer for everything , and I could not be more thankful for her. She was always prompt to answer my very many questions, and she is just genuinely such a nice person. Brittany and I have been talking on and off for a few years about trying to find me a house and she has done this process for me a handful of times helping me get preapproved. Whenever she was unable to come to my closing, she made a special trip to come and meet me at the new house before close to congratulate me . She is a super special person.

Brittany wasn't just our "lendor", I felt like she was family. She is so down to earth and was very very amazing to work with. She was always there to answer me, no matter what time I texted her. Every time I wanted to call she was right there! She honestly made the process so fast and very understandable. Especially since we are ( first time home buyers ) and knew nothing! She is super super nice and very sweet! Even though she had so much horrible stuff crashing down on her all at once 💔.. she never made me feel like she didn't care about us, she never made me feel like we weren't important. She helped us in every single way that she possibly could and we are so grateful for her. We shared alot in common and I truly enjoyed our phone call conversations. I am so very grateful we had Brittany to be the biggest part in helping us find our home to build memories and grow with our children. She made the process so extremely easy and it all went by so fast! She truly made it the best experience for us! I truly believe our Lord was working through her. Brittany did a great job in supporting my family through this process, from talking us realistically through our financial options to helping us understand all the complicated steps of the mortgage process. She was always quick to reply and kept us updated as we moved through the various stages. Although the process was stressful, the mortgage itself was very easy and we liked being able to see our progress at any time through the Ruoff app.

At the start, I was nervous and almost didn't go through with it because I was almost certain it wouldn't work out. From the very first time I talked with brittany on the phone. She kept me positive and mindful and let me know that nothing is impossible. consider her more than a loan officer. I consider her friend after this experience she helped me and my family improve our lives tremendously in the last month. I highly recommend her and from this moment forward, I know who to call.
