Chad was amazing throughout the whole process. He took so much time in the early stages to explain processes and concepts to me so I could understand what was going on during my first home purchase. At one point I had a bit of a set back during and thought closing would be delayed, but Chad somehow got everything done to meet the original closing date. He made the whole experience much less stressful.

Chad was a recommendation from my realtor. I could've never expected the level of service Chad provided. He ran any/all scenarios I had and answered all of my questions almost immediately. At the beginning, Chad had said I could call and/or text him pretty much any time of any day. At first I thought, I'm not going to bother this guy on his weekends and it quickly turned into him sending me stuff to look at or review over the weekends or later in the evenings. He really went to bat for me in the process with different programs I could qualify for even if I didn't end up qualifying for them. I will be passing out his business cards to anybody that even hints about buying a home or needing a mortgage.

He was patient with me, knowledgeable about the whole loan process. Explained not to look to far ahead and take it day by day. Was very reliable and fast acting on any questions or requests. He got us the best possible loan and plan possible and we are happy that we went with Chad. Great guy and he offered to help down the road when we refinance so that is very helpful. Overall great experience!!!
