My customer service philosophy is rooted in respect, honesty, and the commitment to making the homebuying experience as stress-free as possible. I firmly believe that purchasing a new home is a significant decision that should be handled with the utmost care. My goal is to simplify this decision for every client by providing trustworthy guidance, open communication, and reliable advice.
I've had a diverse professional journey that has shaped my career in the mortgage industry. Prior to switching to the mortgage industry in 2008, I spent 12 years as a licensed Realtor, specializing in sales and sales management in the home building industry. This experience has given me a unique perspective on the real estate market and a deep understanding of the information and communication necessary for a seamless transaction.
As a lifelong Louisville native, I have a strong connection to the community and a deep understanding of its history and future. I attended Trinity High School and Bellarmine University, where I was part of the soccer teams at both institutions. I grew up with my five siblings in St. Matthews, and I still call it home, along with my wife, Rachel, our son, Noah, and our fun-loving dog, Finn.
Outside of work, my wife, Rachel, and I are avid travelers, often enjoying hiking, camping, and exploring new places. Rachel is a dedicated runner and cyclist who has even competed in Ironman triathlons. Our son, Noah, is a competitive mountain biker and has raced in the US National Championships over the past few years. Many of our travels are centered around supporting their athletic endeavors, taking us to exciting places and events, and creating cherished family memories.
In terms of recognition, I'm proud to have received the 2021 Branch Manager of the Year award for Ruoff Mortgage. Additionally, I've been named the Loan Originator of the Year for the Ruoff Mortgage Louisville Branch in 2020, 2021, and 2022, a clear testament to my dedication and performance. I've also consistently ranked among the top producers, as acknowledged by the Mortgage Bankers of Louisville in 2020, 2021, and 2022.
