My name is Dan Logan. Being in mortgage lending since 1999, I have seen the ups and downs of the home mortgage industry. From post 9/11 in 2001, the big crash in 2008, and most recently the past two years with rates at historic 20-year highs and inventory at historic lows. Having a Mortgage Loan Officer who can navigate the market when it’s good, or especially when it’s challenging, is critical to your success.
Buying a home is a “process” so together we will set expectations, put together a game plan and communicate during the process in a language that is understandable. This gives you the best possible opportunity for a positive mortgage experience and the title of Homeowner.
Communication is key, so throughout the process you will receive calls, emails, and txt messages from me, so you will know exactly what is happening the entire time. The #1 goal is to get you the home you want. This means me being available when you have questions and giving you a timely, direct, and honest answer!
Previously having worked with Brokers, Direct Lenders as well as National Banks, my 24 years of experience in Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans are at your disposal. My job is to find the right type of loan for you and to be your mortgage professional go-to for buying your next home and future properties.
A native Clevelander, I am a graduate of Lakewood High School and Cleveland State University. Active in my community as a current member of my local American Legion Post #234, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Brunswick Aerie #3505, and Benevolent Paternal Order of Elks, Berea Lodge #1815. A U.S Army Veteran, I served as an Infantry Combat Medic both state side and in Germany. Living in Brunswick, Ohio, Medina County for the past 14 years, I truly enjoy working with and serving family, friends, and the people in my community.
