When things got a little upsetting/frustrating, he knew exactly what to say and how to make things better again. This process was not all roses and sunshine. There were times things did not go as planned or expected. There were times when I was ready to through my hands up and say forget it. I got very discouraged and upset. However, Dan always remained professional and friendly. He gave words of encouragement and helped us to get to where we are now. I m the end, everything was worth it. We now have a beautiful home and couldn't be happier.
