The ease of the entire process was amazing. No headache, no stress, just filling in the info needed which was very simple. What made the whole experience phenomenal though,was working with Dirk Webster. Super knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. I met Dirk years ago when we first got the mortgage for our home and years later I sought him out and declined to work with anyone but him although he was was with an entirely different company. Dirk was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the beginning, he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my family and me succeed. He just didn't walk us through the standard steps, he took the time to explain our options, adjust the game plan when needed, and guided us toward the best path for a higher chance of success. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. By the end of it, it didn't feel like just working with a lender, it felt like I made a friend. That level of care and communication made a stressful process much easier and gave us a lot of confidence every step of the way. Awesome person and an awesome company. I'd highly recommend Dirk to anyone looking for a lender who truly has your best interests in mind.

I'm not a fan of working with big corporations, but Dirk Webster made me feel like I was dealing with one knowledgeable and committed individual. He did an outstanding job and I will recommend him to everyone who asks. Dirk helped out with anything I needed and would go above and beyond when he could! It's hard to find people who care about people more than their paycheck, Dirk was a outstanding loan officer and I plan on working with him more in the future.
