The application and approval was very easy! Don was very knowledgeable and when we had more questions he set up a time for us to come in instead of trying to explain through email. We really appreciated that! If we could have signed authorizations in the beginning and had you guys pull information directly from the source would’ve been a lot easier. I don’t know if that’s an option but that part was a bit stressful. Overall, great company to work with!

Don was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole process! We had run into some bumps with other mortgage companies since we are self-employed and have a housing allowance which makes our income more complicated to calculate compared to many jobs. However, working with Ruoff was a smooth and simple process!
