This was our 4th home purchase and Don is the first loan officer we have worked with that took time to sit down with us, get to know us, go over the loan process and loan options along with different financial scenarios to help us make the best decison for us. He first met with us on a Saturday for several hours and was available throughout the process via phone and text with almost immediate response time up until closing.
