Eric was very quick to respond to anything. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills and was incredibly knowledgeable and hardworking throughout the entire process. I couldn't imagine a better service than what Eric Olsen did with Ruoff. My realtor and her agency was baffled at how fast Ruoff functioned compared to others in the industry. In both contracts I was under he was a step ahead of everyone. Definitely recommending Ruoff to anyone looking!
