We currently live out of town and Gene was so patient, professional and extremely considerate during the entire process. Due to the winter weather conditions preventing us making the trip to Greensburg, he was kind enough to seek out a local title company and provided them with the documentation so we could still close on time. Above and beyond the call! Additionally, since we weren't able to close in the usual way, it's also required facilitating our final walk thru and getting keys after the fact. Again, above and beyond. As far as the loan process, he worked tirelessly to get everything taken care of and kept us informed, almost daily, as to the status. Thank you for having such great employees and recognizing their value to your company.
