Well, what can I say about Jake!? He’s professional, knowledgeable and reliable! He made sure I got my first home even if my situation was kind of frustrating. He remained calm and collective where most women like me can’t do. He helped me in every way he can and made sure he closed the deal on a promised day! He works so hard and he definitely knows what he’s doing. He even showed up at my closing day in his fancy blue suits that no one else can pull off! He didn’t have to do that? He could have enjoyed an extra hour at home before work but no, he is there to support me while I sign 2 million pages of paperwork. Way more than the paperwork I sign for the US embassy. I swear this man is way better than Jake from State Farm! I highly recommend him. Thank you to Jake Ryan! Ruoff Mortgage is VERY lucky to have him. 5 stars to this company.
