This was a great experience. Jan was incredibly helpful and responsive. She took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we understood everything. We felt comfortable and knew that if we had questions Jan would answer them immediately.

Jan was always checking in and made me comfortable enough to ask questions when I was confused. During closing she made sure to interrupt and explain things further if she felt it was necessary.
