As a first time home buyer the process can be confusing. Initially I was working with a different mortgage company. That placed an unnecessary time restriction on when I could buy. They would send documents and just say "do this". Once I switched to Ruoff, Jennifer took over bypassed the time restriction and instead of "do this" it was "give me the information so I can do this". She really made the process a lot easier, my only regret is not coming here first.
