Jeremy and Casey were amazing!! If I had questions, they provided answers, and if they didn’t know, they found the answer and contacted me right away!! Being a first time home buyer was a stressful experience but working with Jeremy and Casey, they took away all the stress and made me laugh!! I can’t say enough good about the both of them!! Jeremy worked with me for over a year, along with my RE agent, to find the home I am happy with. He drafted several pre-approval letters during my search. Once I found my home, Jeremy walked me through everything so that closing went well. He even coordinated a meeting between himself, me and the title company the week before closing to make sure I was comfortable. He was always kind, professional and knowledgeable. I am so happy I found him. Loan Butler and the other online processes were so convenient and easy. Another perk for Ruoff. Today, before I have even had a chance to make a first payment, I got a notice - without warning - that my loan was being transferred to 5th 3rd bank for servicing. I was not aware this was even a possibility. I don’t like 5th 3rd. I have no history or relationship with them by choice. I feel betrayed. Please reverse this transfer and allow me to continue the great relationship I have with Ruoff. “If it is not broken, don’t fix it!” Thank you.
