Our loan process was a difficult one to say the least but Katelyn handled our situation with not only professionalism but understanding and laughter which made a difficult situation much less painful! Our last home loan experience was very painful with minimal communication, Katelyn was messaging us every other day to daily as we got down to the wire to always keep us in the loop which was night and day difference from our previous experience! I have already recommended Katelyn to my friends and will continue to do so!
