Working with Kevin was simple and fast. I was in the middle of a divorce during this mortgage process. Kevin was able to advise me on how to get a loan while still managing the divorce and still owning my previous home. He was prompt on every communications. He even responded to text messages on the weekend which I was not expecting out of anybody in the banking profession. I was surprised to see him in attendance at the closing table. He pulled me aside after the closing was final to make sure that I understood the processes I needed to handle after closing related to the divorce. He had his money at that point so he could have just walked away, but Kevin wanted to make sure I knew how things were going to go down.
