From beginning to end, I felt everything was handled not only professionally, but also personally. When you are moving out of the home you had lived in for the past 13+ years, having someone treat you with personal care is a must. Laura followed up most emails with a text for me to take care of the items needed, which was greatly appreciated as I am viewing work emails most of the time. She also explained the process to me when I had questions and never once made me feel like I was asking a question I should know the answer to. Then, I didn't even expect to see her at the close and when she arrived, I was so happy to be able to thank her in person. You can tell Laura prides herself in being personal and professional. She does an amazing job.
