In our opinion, one of the most important things in business is responsiveness, which unfortuntately has become rare. LeAnne Francis is the most responsive person we have ever used in our financial endeavors. We used LeAnne on a prior mortage. She was the best lending/financial institution representative then, and she remains so now. We would not go to anyone else in regard to mortages and will recommend her to anyone we know.
