I honestly thought it would take much longer to close on the house, I figured it would take at least 3 months, and there were some setbacks as there always is buying a house but being able to communicate effectively and streamline the process really helped push things along quickly, we were able to close in a month and a half instead of 3 and now I have the perfect home for my gorgeous fiancé and the sweetest little girl!
