I started my lending career in 1995 after obtaining my bachelor's degree in Finance from Western Michigan University. Since that time, I have become one of the top mortgage lenders in Michiana, having assisted hundreds of home buyers with selecting the mortgage that best fits their needs.
Based on my solid reputation for excellence, I was honored by my peers and elected as the President of the Mortgage Banker's Association in 2006 and 2007. I have also served my industry by working on the board for the Women's Council of Realtors and on committees for the St. Joseph County Realtors Association.
While I have a true passion for exceeding customer's expectations, I have never lost sight of what really matters to my husband of 25 years and my three treasured children, aged 18, 20, and 22.

Lori did a great job of explaining everything to me throughout the entire process. I never felt out of the loop and was very comfortable knowing that things were being taken care of efficiently without extra effort on my part. I was a little worried about Ruoff not having competitive interest rates since nothing is posted publicly like banks and other lenders but Ruoff ended up with one of the best (if not the best) rate for me. I would highly recommend skipping banks as lenders. Lori and everybody at Ruoff were way more personable than I've experienced with any other company.

Lori and Amanda were absolutely phenomenal through the entire process. From application to closing they communicated clearly with us and answered every single question quickly. Even when we needed a quote on the property we ultimately closed on to see if it would fit our budget. Lori did the numbers and had them back to us before our showing was even over. They had all the answered we needed and advised us well at every step in the process.
