As I celebrate my 31st year of originating mortgage loans in March 2026, I’m proud to reflect on 17 years with Ruoff Mortgage in Warsaw, Indiana. As a top mortgage lender, I’ve had the honor of being a member of Ruoff’s Elite President Club and Branch Originator of the Year for many years, and I’ve also been recognized as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator in the U.S.

Outside of the mortgage world, I’m a proud mother of two children. My most cherished title is “Grandma” (or “Granny”) to my wonderful grandchildren. I also love staying active—whether it’s boating, fishing, swimming, sailing, golf, or traveling. Community events and concerts are some of my favorite ways to stay connected. On the home front, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects with my husband.

Lori and Heather were phenomenal to work with. Both were extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions and concerns. They gave me various sources that I could contact them at. Lori even brought me a cute little wooden board with my surname engraved on it and gifted it to me at my closing. Loved everything about this experience, as a first time homebuyer, this could not have gone any better!
