As I celebrate my 30th year of originating mortgage loans in March 2025, I’m proud to reflect on nearly 16 years with Ruoff Mortgage in Warsaw, Indiana. As a top mortgage lender, I’ve had the honor of being a member of Ruoff’s Elite President Club and Branch Originator of the Year for many years, and I’ve also been recognized as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator in the U.S. My assistant, Heather Coy, and I are here to help guide you through the mortgage process with ease.

Outside of the mortgage world, I’m a proud mother of two children and two bonus children by marriage. My most cherished title is “Grandma” (or “Granny”) to my wonderful grandchildren. I also love staying active—whether it’s boating, fishing, swimming, sailing, golf, or traveling. Community events and concerts are some of my favorite ways to stay connected. On the home front, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and tackling home improvement projects with my husband.

Lori and her team went above and beyond. We first were going with a different lender but then our realtor got us in contact with Lori after a showing. It was after 7pm and she got us a pre-approval letter within an hour of first contact. She informed us of government grant programs that our previous lender didn't even bother with. We ended up getting approved for a grant and didn't have to pay any money up front, only $1000 earnest money. At closing we actually ended up getting a $838 check back to us! I would HIGHLY recommend Ruoff Mortgage for your home buying needs!

This is my 5th home that I have bought, and I have got to say from start to finish Lori horney was on top of everything,there were no hidden suprises at all,kept me informed all the way,cannot say enough about her.
