Ruoff Mortgage, I noticed that they were friendly to work with and very helpful with me as this is my first mortgage. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect even with doing research on mortgages. Mike Maxwell and his team were very helpful in the process to get everything I need to do and with no unexpected fees or charges, and I appreciate knowing everything upfront. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything went extremely smoothly! Aubrey, the loan assistant, was great to work with as well and made sure to help with getting all of the documents loaded into the portal. I was cleared to close over a week prior to the closing date and I had no issues along the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout this process.
