I originally went through another lender to purchase a home, and it was an absolute disaster, so I brought everything to Natasha. She explained the whole process and what to expect with Ruoff. Natasha helped save me from a terrible experience with a different lender. She expedited my closing, and gave me credits for my prior appraisal, and constantly worked to improve my interest rate. We closed really quickly with absolutely no problems, and my cash to close ended up being much less than I was prepared to pay.
