I'm Nate Delagrange, and I've spent the last 19 years in the mortgage industry, helping clients acheive their homeownership dreams and financial goals. My approach is simple yet effective: I believe in presenting all the options and letting the client decide which option fits them best.
Throughout my career, I've had the privelege of working with an extremely diverse range of clients. I've assisted 19-year-olds in their journey to purchase their very first home and guided 30-year-olds in making strategic decisions about investment properties. I've also had the honor of helping 70-year-olds secure their last home and provided valuable support to 80-year-olds looking to do cash-out refinances.
