PJ was wonderful to work with and made the loan application so easy for us. She kept us up to date throughout the process and efficiently moved things along. I was so surprised how quick we were able to close on our new house and have never seen someone close as fast as we did. I know it’s all thanks to PJ and the rest of the Ruoff team! PJ was amazing every step of the way! She came highly recommended to me and I’m so glad we went with her! She made us feel that she was available to us at all times and she truly was. She was on vacation when we happened to find the house of our dreams and she dropped everything to help us get pre approved and we closed within a few weeks. She made everything so smooth and explained everything extremely well. She was so organized and answered all of our questions day or night. We were first time homebuyers and had many many many questions and she was absolutely amazing and so helpful! Give that lady a raise!
