This is the second refi with Ruoff. Patricia was our loan officer both times. Her pleasant demeanor and attention to detail makes use feel as though we are her friends as opposed to mere customers.

Patricia worked extremely hard to convince me to refinance my home. Although I make a decent salary, she pointed out my debt to income ratio which was up to 70%. It was constricting my budget and lifestyle(stress). Strong medicine. She encouraged me to try a VA refinance with cash out. I did want to do it because i had less than 12 years and $65k on my note. I appreciate her and Kalyn( and Jenna) doing their jobs in helping me save money. Over $2000 a month. I wish that I didn't have to buy a few points to get under 6% but in light of the current r*** and future possible higher rates it's (will be) worth it. Also, Patricia pointed out that this can be paid off in 7 years. Very good selling point. Ruoff has a great mortgage team. To who ever needs to here this, make sure the service side handles business and communicates efficiently and as fast as the mortgage team did. Thanks.
