Patty has closed multiple loans for us throughout the years. She’s closed loans for our children are friends and family members. She is always exceeding expectations and does an incredible job. Our loan officer, Patty Ross, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer questions and explained every part of the details involving the loan. Patty was extremely knowledgeable and communicative with me from start to finish on this process. I never felt like I was hung out to dry and she was always a text or phone call away to answer any of my questions. Buying a home is stressful but having the right loan officer makes all the difference in navigating the many hurdles and pitfalls of financing and underwriting. Patty was proactive in foreseeing any issues that might arise and having solutions in place if and when the problems could occur.
