The whole process moved extremely smooth and fast once the basic things were set in motion. Richard was amazing to work with and never hesitated to help in anyway he could. From giving advice to helpful tips he was always willing to do everything possible for us. Richard worked with us for about a year to get us at the right place we needed to be to get the best mortgage we possibly could. He was always willing to answer questions, and I bugged him with a lot. He took time to explain everything in detail and responded to my calls and emails very fast. There were absolutely no surprises at closing, the amount we were told to bring was the amount we needed and closing went very smooth and took no time at all. I can not say enough about Richard and all he did for us.
