Mr. Donaldson was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Mr. Donaldson took his time explaining the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. Which I truly appreciated. With the mortgage process explained in detailed, I knew exactly what phase of the mortgage process I was at. Mr. Donaldson did a teach back after explaining the mortgage process to me, making sure I had a good understanding of the process. He did need to explain how the title company plays apart in the mortgage process several time. That’s when that patient came in lol. I will be referring Mr Donaldson and this company to everyone I know who is need of a mortgage loan.

Mr Donaldson was very knowledgeable with the loan process from start to finish. He answered every question I had no matter the time of the day. I was very pleased that my loan was closed 10 days before the scheduled date. I will recommend Shawn and Ruoff to all my family and friends!
