We don’t close on time without Stephen and the incredible effort he put in. Communication was fantastic. I’ve never had a good experience with a loan officer until this purchase. There were so many internal and external pressures complicating this purchase: condensed timeframe, physical distance, medical, a pain in the neck seller, Tesla. A million things could have derailed it and Stephen handled everything so that it went well. Absolutely amazing. My family, and myself, are incredibly grateful.
